Anna believes therapy can provide an opportunity for healing, growth, and self-understanding. The best way for this to occur is within the context of a supportive, trusting relationship between therapist and client. Her goal in therapy sessions is to foster a safe, therapeutic environment free from judgment. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, in that she works alongside clients to help them find fulfillment and authenticity in their lives. She uses an integrative approach to therapy incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness based approaches.
